3rd - 5th Grade Studying Themes

When you sign up, you will receive one free lesson on themes - what they are and how to find them in stories.  This free lesson is a 5th grade lesson. However, since books range in reading levels, you may use the same books in this lesson for your 4th grader.  For your third grader, I recommend the following books be used instead: 

  1. “Bucket Filling from A to Z, the key to being happy,” by Carol McCloud and Caryn Butzke

  2. “Fox,” by Margaret Wild and Ron Brooks
